Pay Rate: $14.00 / hr

Our Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to help assist our client for a short term assignment.  This assignment will last 6 weeks or longer depending on our client''s needs.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Welcome and greet clients and office guests Support office staff and executives with clerical tasks Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages Type out paper and electronic correspondence and prepare outgoing mail and packages for staff Help prepare or maintain files Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies; request repair or restocking when necessary Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times

Job Requirements

Specific qualifications for the role include:

  • Associate degree, preferred - Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered

  • Minimum of 2-years experience with reliable references  

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

  • Excellent attendance

  • Business professional attitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and computer programs

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Must be detail-oriented with a positive attitude

  • Willingness to learn new skills

  • Must possess the ability to perform effectively despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities.  Needs to be a great multitasker with the ability to handle stressful situations.

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a skills assessment

  • Ability to work overtime as needed

  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and E-verify
