Bilingual (English/Spanish) Branch Manager

(Staffing / Human Resources / Business Development)

Shift: Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm **Overtime/On Call as needed**

Pay Rate: $ Depends on Experience $ Salary + additional compensations

The Branch Manager will be responsible for working with 1-4 recruiters, visiting existing clients, cold calling potential new clients, leading meetings, building relationships in the community, and administrative tasks which may include emails, checking ATS, and payroll. Knowledge of market industry is also very important in this role - this individual must understand the local labor statistics and projections.

The Branch Manager will also manage internal staff as it relates to scheduling, training and development, problem resolutions, performance evaluations, encourage and motivate, coaching and discipline up to and including termination. The Branch Manager will recruit and make hiring decisions while adhering to state and federal laws.

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Visit existing clients weekly/monthly Communicate to build rapport, fill orders, and resolve conflicts. Obtain new clients by discussing services offered Anticipate the needs of clients and ensure all orders are filled Build relationships in the community Oversee recruiters or staff Lead morning meetings - urgency to fill specific positions Audit ATS - documenting notes in the system Oversee payroll and compliance Research industry standards and labor statistics Audit background checks Attend to workplace injuries Monitor, submit, and follow up on compensation claims with the Safety and Risk Department Manage conflict resolution with internal staff, teammates and clients Internal staff Timecards - manage and approve Coach, counsel or discipline Maintain files - performance evaluations, discipline, PTO Communicate with Home Office and IT - maintenance of the office, ordering supplies and maintenance of office technology Report any and all notifications of alleged harassment and/or discrimination immediately to the Area or Regional Manager Any other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • College degree preferred but not required
  • 4+ years of management experience
  • Staffing experience preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • HR experience preferred

Compensation:

Compensation includes base salary, monthly commission, car allowance, mobile phone allowance + robust medical, dental and 401k plans.
