Job Description

The Customer Service attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders,  prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.  

Job Requirements

  •                 Minimum 2 years of experience at e commerce
  •                 Prior Customer Support Software experience a MUST (Freshdesk and/or Gorgias experience Strongly preferred)
  •                 Amazon Seller Central: 1+ year (Preferred)     
  •                 ERP System: 1+ year
  •                 CRM experience (salesforce desirable)
  •                 Professional, proactive demeanor

Skills and Abilities:

o   Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

o   Excellent communication skills

o   Work independently, self-starter that can drive business with minimal supervision

o   Works well under pressure

o   Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

o   Be outgoing and enjoy working in an open, team-driven environment

o   Be comfortable working with computers and web-based applications

o   Have experience handling a high-volume workflow in a professional setting

o   Quickly becoming familiar with brand voice, software platforms, and common issues
