Job Description

Machine Operator (Production / Manufacturing / Warehouse)
Shift: FIRST (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) or SECOND (1:00 PM to 9:30 PM)
*Must be able to come in early/stay late as needed*

Pay: 13.00 / hr

We currently have openings with a leading producer of polyurethane foam products.As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for all set-up and operation of machines in the designated department. The job requires setting up foam molds, injecting material, removing the finished product, & cleaning the mold.Job Duties:• Set up & operation of foam injection machine.• Prep, set up and tear down of foam molds.• Run material through machine according to company specifications.• Ensure correct materials and settings are used to meet customer specifications.• Ensure all inventory entries are complete and accurate.• Responsible for inspecting and maintaining quality and efficiency standards.• Meet all company safety policies and report any concerns related to the required maintenance of machines.• Meet daily, weekly, monthly quotas.

Job Requirements

As a Machine Operator, you must display strong attention to detail and quality, as well as excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You must also be able to work well with a wide range of people and demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.


• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing on a constant basis.
• Ability to show initiative and work with little to no supervision.
• High level of attention to detail and organization skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, and conscientious.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and E-Verify
