As a Manufacturing Associate, you will work as part of production line team, making and assembling products for a manufacturing company. Your performance may be measured by how many pieces your team finishes, so you must be a fast and efficient worker.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

Achieve targets in accordance with the key performance indicators

Work in assigned production areas following policies and procedures at all times

Competently rotates into the various production positions

Operate production equipment in an accurate, safe, effective, and efficient manner

Ensure proper ingredient material flow for effective and efficient production

Ensure production areas are always maintained in a clean and organized manner

Operate the forklift as needed to move materials in a safe manner

Job Requirements

As a Manufacturing Associate, you must display strong attention to detail and quality, as well as excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You must also be able to work well with a wide range of people and demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to read measurements in the metric system

Be able to lift 50-70 pounds repetitively

Attention to detail

Great communication skills

Ability to follow instruction

Excellent attendance and punctuality

Must be able to pass background and drug screen
