Climate controlled, clean and guaranteed work every week- stability is here!Our client in Independence, MO assembles small plumbing pieces together; everything from bathtub drains to your outside hose faucets. Teammates will be assembling different pieces of a plumbing part or system together in bags, gluing and adhering different pieces together and then packaging and This position requires an eye for detail, dexterity, ability to focus on the job at hand, continual learning and training, and ability to work independently.Onin Staffing is looking for teammates for have great attendance and are wanting to be a part of a long-term team!1st Shift- 5:00am-1:30pm Monday-Friday; Pay is $10.00 per hour2nd Shift- 1:30pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday; Pay is $10.30 per hourJob Duties:Assembling Plumbing parts and pieces togetherBagging and packaging partsVerifying and completing ordersContinually growing skills and product knowledge

Job Requirements

  • Perform assembly on parts assembly line process for light industrial manufacturing
  • Interpret assembly drawings to perform basic assembly operations
  • Exceeding quality and production standards
  • Prepare and clean assembly area prior to production setup
  • Set up assembly for production
  • Inspect product to verify production specifications
  • Completing production and quality forms
  • Perform light assembly of products
  • Coordinate all production and non-production activities to meet production, quality, and safety goals (KPI)
  • Monitor quality of parts used in the assembly process
