Shift: FIRST 6am-2pm, SECOND 2pm-10pm, THIRD 10pm-6am

Pay Rate: $12.00 / hr

Our Opportunity:Ensure a safe workplace for all staff and guests.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for working with all departments to ensure Guest & Employee Satisfaction.• Take and record temperatures for guest and employees• Monitor incoming staff and guests’ temperature by using an infrared thermometer.• Assess if the employee/guest is allowed entrance into the workplace/property.• Record employee/guest details and temperature.• Pass out Personal Protective Equipment provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be willing and able to be responsive to complaints about maintenance and be willing and able to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player.
• Must speak, read and write English.

GROOMING/UNIFORMS:

• All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Specific uniform guidelines and/or required articles of clothing will be explained to you as a part of the orientation process.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Knowledge of the organizations and operations of administrative programs.
• Ability to apply and adapt practices and techniques to the special requirements of senior management; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other management staff, employees, and the general public.
• Must be able to recognize potential safety hazards and security problems in the facility and act upon each immediately.
• Knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of asset loss prevention.
• Skill in use of computers and software programs associated with Property Operations.
• Excellent ability to communicate in the English language, both verbally and written.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
• Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working in the assigned area.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Possibly be exposed to secondhand smoke.
• Able to sit or stand for long periods of time.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential of risk to your health or safety. The client will provide the required PPE. Team members will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly, to your Manager.
